Well, here we are in Phuket, Thailand! And, it seems, the rainy season has begun a month earlier than normal. We've tried to keep a good attitude though and still get out and do stuff, and we have prayed. ALOT. And guess what? Today, on Day 3 of our vacation, the Lord answered our prayers! About mid-afternoon the rain stopped! So as soon as the boys got up from their naps we headed down to the beach to play, and to the swimming pool. These pictures are in no particular order, they are just kind of random pictures from our first 3 days. We have awesome internet here, so hopefully, if the rain stays away so we can get out and do stuff to take pictures of, we will post a couple of more times while we are here. We are SO thankful for this vacation, it is really a gift from God. We are feeling refreshed already, and we still have 3 days left! (well, 2 1/2)

At this point (in the above two pictures) we didn't know if the rain would ever let up, so we got our rain gear on and headed out to play on the beach (Nathan is inside my rain pancho, riding in the Baby Ergo). We didn't stay long though, because it was really windy and wet. Then, later in the day, we got to really go play on the beach, with no rain! Thank you Lord!

I know where those first pics were taken =) If you like crab cakes, order them there. They are YUMMY! I also loved the cashew chicken there.
I'm so sorry the about the rain. Hopefully you will have blue skies for the rest of your trip!

Yay for posting while on vacation! I've been dying to know how y'all are doing, and Adaya asks everyday when you're coming back from the beach! HA! Hope the rain stays away for the remainder of the week. Enjoy every minute of relaxation! :)
